About the role
We are looking for a Buying Merchandiser to join our fashion retail team in Salmiya. The role supports seasonal buying, assortment planning and product selection, ensuring the right merchandise reaches our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Support seasonal buying and develop assortment plans based on sales trends and customer demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, order placement, production timelines, shipment schedules and product quality.
- Monitor inventory performance, stock levels, sell‑through rates, replenishment and markdown strategies.
- Conduct market trend analysis and work closely with retail, logistics, warehouse and marketing teams for successful product launches.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising, buying or retail operations, preferably in fashion retail or trading.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and purchase order processes.

- Supplier coordination and purchase order management.
- Shipment and logistics timeline management.
