Consultant Petroleum Engineer

About the role

Anton, a global integrated oil and gas value-added management services company headquartered in Dubai, is hiring a Consultant Petroleum Engineer in Kuwait for its On-sync Energy Management Services Company. The role provides expert advice to management on complex technical, operational and business challenges, and covers studies, evaluations and business improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define the scope of studies and lead assessments to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
• Analyze technical and commercial issues and coordinate data collection and evaluation to support decision-making.
• Review analytical findings and prepare recommendations, reports and proposals for management review.
• Evaluate business processes and organizational practices, and advise on the adoption of new processes, systems and technologies.
• Review business plans, policies and procedures, and present findings to leadership.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing, and contribute to long-term improvement and strategic planning.
• Apply risk management principles and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and operational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Proven experience providing strategic, technical or business advisory services to management.
• Experience in studies, evaluations, business improvement, organizational planning, process improvement and change management.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring capabilities.
