Country Sales Manager – Medical Devices

About the role

Royal Care General Trading Co. W.L.L., a leading medical‑device distributor in Kuwait, seeks a dynamic Country Sales Manager to steer its commercial organization. This senior leadership role will shape strategy, build high‑performing teams, and drive profitable growth across multiple device specialties.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a multi‑disciplinary sales force.
• Own sales performance, set and achieve annual revenue targets.
• Design and execute an aggressive yet sustainable commercial growth plan.
• Identify new product lines, market segments and business opportunities.
• Forge strong relationships with KOLs, hospitals, government bodies and private healthcare institutions.
• Lead major tender opportunities and support government and private‑sector strategies.
• Establish individual KPIs, monitor productivity and conduct regular sales reviews, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate closely with management, regulatory, logistics and finance teams.
• Maintain commercial discipline focused on revenue, margins, collections and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven track record in medical‑device sales and commercial leadership.
• Extensive experience in the Kuwait healthcare market; GCC exposure is a plus.
• Demonstrated success building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait MOH, government hospitals and private healthcare sector.
• Excellent relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
