Factory Operators & Packing Staff – Beverage Production

About the role

We are seeking motivated Factory Operators and Packing Staff to join a reputable beverage manufacturing plant. The position involves working on the production and packing lines to ensure efficient and high‑quality output in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment on the beverage line.
• Perform packing tasks, including labeling, sealing, and palletizing finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Assist in routine equipment checks and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines.

Required profile

• Prior experience on a production or packing line in a manufacturing setting.
• Eligibility to work in Kuwait with a transferable Visa 18.
• Ability to work full‑time shifts, including possible overtime.
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Basic operation of production machinery.
• Manual packing techniques.
