Female Gym Trainer – Full-Time

About the role

Ayur Yoga Wellness is seeking a dedicated Female Gym Trainer to join its fitness and wellness team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The successful candidate will lead both group and one‑on‑one training sessions, develop customized workout plans and inspire members to reach their health objectives. This position offers the chance to work in a modern facility equipped with a wide range of fitness equipment and to be part of a supportive community focused on holistic wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group classes and individual training sessions in the gym.
• Design, implement and regularly update personalized workout programs.
• Perform fitness assessments and track client progress.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide detailed feedback.
• Ensure safety standards, keep equipment clean and report any maintenance issues.
• Promote a motivating atmosphere and uphold the centre’s wellness values.

Required profile

• Female candidate with proven experience in gym training, fitness coaching or personal training.
• Excellent communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Strong passion for health, fitness and overall wellbeing.
