Finance Analyst

About the role

The Finance Analyst supports key accounting and financial reporting activities, including month‑end close, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The role works closely with Operations and Finance teams to deliver accurate reporting and drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the month‑end close process, including journal entries, accruals, account analysis, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze budget, forecast, and variance reports, providing insights to management on financial performance.
• Partner with Field Operations Managers and Superintendents to investigate and explain expense variances.
• Assist with year‑end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc financial analysis for operations and corporate stakeholders.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and meeting month‑end deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Up to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across teams.
• Self‑motivated professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
