Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Treasury (Kuwait)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting across our business units in Kuwait. The role involves preparing comprehensive financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders while ensuring strict compliance with local and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across business units.
• Prepare and analyse detailed financial reports for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Manage treasury operations, including cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to achieve accurate and timely audit outcomes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision‑making and business growth.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of financial systems and internal controls.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience.
• Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, and audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA is a major plus.
• Currently based in Kuwait with a transferable Article 18 visa.
