General Manager - Operations, Kuwait Branch

About the role

Trifid Media is looking for a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to oversee the overall operations of its Kuwait branch. The role covers daily office management, team supervision and process implementation, alongside a strong focus on sales, business development and revenue growth. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Kuwait branch, including administration, workflows, reporting, documentation and procedures
• Monitor performance, productivity, expenses and resource allocation, and set operational standards and policies
• Act as the main contact between the office and senior management, reporting regularly on branch performance
• Drive sales, develop strategies to meet revenue targets and build relationships with clients and partners
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up leads and monitor progress against targets
• Take part in client meetings, presentations and negotiations, and work on client retention and account growth
• Research market trends and competitors to support local growth

Required profile

• Proven experience in office management, operations management, branch management or a similar leadership role
• Previous sales, business development or commercial management experience is highly desirable
• Experience managing teams, setting KPIs and monitoring business performance
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred; Kuwaiti nationality is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in media, digital marketing, advertising or a related industry is an advantage
