Graphic Designer – Nonprofit (On‑site)

About the role

ALNAJAT is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its mission‑driven team in Subah Al Salem, Kuwait. You will design visual assets that support the organization’s charitable initiatives across both print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce graphics for social media, presentations, brochures, and campaign materials.
• Maintain visual consistency with ALNAJAT’s brand guidelines.
• Prepare design files for production and ensure they meet print and digital specifications.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools relevant to nonprofit communications.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in graphic design with a portfolio that showcases diverse visual work.
• Solid understanding of layout principles for both digital and print media.
• Interest in nonprofit or community‑focused projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a diverse, mission‑driven team.
