HR Business Partner – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our fast‑growing instant delivery business in the Gulf region. The role will partner with senior leaders to shape organizational structure, develop talent, and embed culture while leveraging AI tools to modernise HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Organisational optimisation – design efficient structures, run diagnostics and drive solutions.
• Talent development – manage recruitment, training, succession planning and talent pipelines.
• Culture implementation – promote corporate values, organise engagement activities and strengthen team cohesion.
• Strategic partnership – align HR plans with business strategy from formulation to execution.
• AI & digital transformation – build AI‑driven workflows for recruitment, workforce analytics and identify roles for automation.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with deep understanding of HR’s strategic value.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, organisational development and culture management.
• Familiarity with local labour laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably experience in the internet/e‑commerce sector.
• Growth mindset, collaborative spirit and highly organised work style.
• Fluent English (working language).
