About the role

We are looking for experienced kitchen staff to join our café‑restaurant in Salmiya. The position combines Indian cuisine preparation with burger and sandwich production, offering a dynamic environment for culinary professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a full range of Indian dishes, managing all kitchen stations.
• Grill burgers, assemble sandwiches, and ensure consistent quality.
• Handle beverage preparation and service.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to deliver timely orders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Indian cuisine cook.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in burger and sandwich preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site restaurant setting.
• Transferable visa status.
• Motivation to grow within the hospitality sector.
