About the role
As an Information System Coordinator you will assist the Information System Manager in ensuring efficient IT operations that meet Hyatt International's corporate strategies, brand standards, and guest expectations.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Information Systems or Computer Programming
- 3‑4 years experience in an IT management role
- Previous experience in a hotel or large operation with advanced technology
- Good problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English communication
- Experience with Hyatt Networks and Hyatt Systems (Opera & Micros)
- Hyatt user support experience
Required skills
- Cisco networking, software, routers, CCNA
- Telephone systems, PBX, call accounting
- VMware virtual machines
- Handling systems support and maintaining policies/procedures
- Computer and networking hardware
- Guest systems IPTV, DGS, PA
- Hyatt Networks
- Hyatt Systems including Opera & Micros
