About the role

As a Reservation Agent you will support the efficient operation of the Reservation Department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring guest and owner expectations are met.

Required profile

A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
Native‑level Arabic proficiency.
