Information Technology Manager

About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead and continuously improve the company's IT function, covering IFS, infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and support services. This senior role is responsible for delivering secure, reliable and cost‑effective technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the IT strategy, roadmap and annual plan in line with business goals.
• Lead all IT domains including IFS, infrastructure, networks, AWS, Azure, cybersecurity and end‑user support.
• Ensure availability, reliability, security and performance of critical systems and services.
• Manage IT projects and digital transformation initiatives, controlling scope, budget and quality.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and security.
• Define and enforce IT policies, standards and procedures.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls, data protection, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity across on‑premise and cloud environments.
• Prepare and monitor the IT budget, manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Lead, coach and develop the IT team, fostering a customer‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, AWS or Azure are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with IFS and other business applications.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Infrastructure, network and cybersecurity expertise.
• Proficiency in ITIL and project management methodologies.
• Vendor and contract management capabilities.
