Junior Technical Sales

About the role

Gharabally Limited, a supplier of electrical, industrial and infrastructure products in Kuwait since 1960, is hiring a Junior Technical Sales professional. This is a full-time, on-site position in Kuwait where you will support senior sales personnel in identifying customer needs, preparing quotations and following up on orders.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior sales staff in identifying customer needs and preparing quotations
• Follow up on orders for electrical, industrial and infrastructure products
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic technical product information
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing
• Maintain records in sales systems
• Learn the company's product range and market segments to support future sales growth

Required profile

• Interest in industrial and electrical products
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn technical product details quickly and work well in a team
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• A relevant diploma or degree in engineering, electrical or a related technical field is beneficial
