Logistics Coordinator – Import/Export

About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage our import and export operations. The role involves overseeing shipment processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and maintaining smooth communication between suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate import and export shipments from origin to destination.
- Prepare and manage customs clearance documentation.
- Follow up with clearance agents to resolve issues promptly.
- Generate and verify shipping documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse personnel to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain basic logistics and shipment records.
Required profile
- Experience in logistics, customs clearance, or supply chain management.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
