Maintenance Officer – Junior & Senior Levels

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The position is open to both junior and senior candidates, offering a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of our plant’s electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare‑parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to support smooth operations.
• Supervise and assist maintenance and production staff.
• Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify process‑improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in maintenance and production environments.
• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
