Marketing Executive, Merchant Marketing, Kuwait

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Marketing Executive, Restaurant Marketing to join its Marketing team in Kuwait. This is a hybrid role within the Deliveroo Middle East Marketing team, which builds brand, customer and business growth in Kuwait. You will help grow awareness, demand and orders by delivering co-marketing and promotional programmes with restaurant partners across Kuwait, working closely with global counterparts, commercial and product teams, local marketing leads and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of annual restaurant marketing plans and campaigns that drive customer value perception, new customers and incremental orders.
• Deliver high-profile marketing innovation and efficient, effective multi-restaurant promotions with partners.
• Execute restaurant visibility initiatives across physical and digital spaces.
• Work with internal teams to define and run the optimal restaurant marketing strategy, including channel mix and budget allocation.
• Define campaign KPIs, monitor and report performance, and share learnings with local and global teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or F&B, with eCommerce and/or restaurant marketing experience prioritised.
• Proven experience in multi-channel marketing, data-informed decision making and performance-based marketing, with knowledge of B2B2C marketing and the Kuwait F&B scene.
• Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience using and optimising AI is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel, data dashboards and budget management.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trusted relationships with partners, agencies and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritise high-impact work, manage multiple projects with minimal oversight and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
