Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, product launches, and external communications for a leading FMCG company in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans and campaigns.
• Create written content for advertisements, press releases, announcements and other external communications.
• Coordinate with creative teams to align written and visual assets.
• Assist with content calendars, brand initiatives, budgets and business presentations.
• Work with media agencies and influencers in Kuwait.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team on new product launches.
• Conduct market research and monitor consumer and competitor trends.
• Track campaign and product performance using KPIs, analytics and sales data.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience working with media agencies and influencers in Kuwait.
• Good understanding of campaign planning, market research and performance measurement.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
