Massage Trainer – Train and Coach Therapists

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Massage Trainer to lead professional training sessions for our spa therapists. The role involves teaching a variety of massage techniques, ensuring high-quality service, and supporting continuous improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions covering Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Aromatherapy and other therapeutic massages.
• Develop and update training manuals, SOPs and other instructional materials.
• Assess therapists’ practical skills and theoretical knowledge, providing coaching and refresher courses.
• Ensure all treatments comply with company standards, hygiene, sanitation and health-safety procedures.
• Monitor treatment quality, give feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging massage techniques and wellness industry trends.
• Assist the Spa Manager in maintaining overall service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist and/or Trainer.
• Professional certification in Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Leadership and team-development skills with a focus on performance assessment.
