Material Control Engineer – Power Stations & Water Distillation

About the role

The Material Control Engineer will support HEISCO's Kuwait project for power stations and water distillation. The role focuses on managing material flow for piping and boiler systems, ensuring that all required components are available on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material requirement plans for piping and boiler packages.
• Monitor inventory levels, calculate safety stock, and determine reorder points.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to secure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and update capacity plans as project needs evolve.
• Support production scheduling by providing material availability forecasts.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Material Management or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in material control for power station or water‑distillation projects.
• Experience working in shipyard or large‑scale industrial environments.
• Willingness to attend walk‑in shortlisting in Kuwait and subsequent interviews in India.
