About the role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Team Member to support our daily business processes. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, monitoring system workflows, and ensuring smooth operational performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the operations team in managing day‑to‑day tasks and follow‑up on system processes.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
  • Monitor and maintain operational workflows, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on operational status to supervisors.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
