Organization Design & Manpower Planning Senior Specialist

About the role

stc Kuwait is seeking an Organization Design & Manpower Planning Senior Specialist to assess and optimise the current organisational structure. You will ensure that the structure aligns with strategic goals and supports efficient workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain the company’s functional and positional organisational structure across all sectors.
• Recommend and implement restructuring initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
• Create, revise and evaluate job descriptions, performing gap analyses to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Conduct regular audits of organisational‑design data, maintain quality standards and resolve design issues proactively.
• Implement approved changes in Oracle and other HR systems, keep documentation and tracking sheets up to date.
• Generate reports, analyse data and support manpower‑planning activities and approved workforce changes.
• Prepare organisational‑design documents such as change requests, acting assignments, utilisation reports and memos for projects and business support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 0‑1 years of relevant experience in organisational design, HR, or workforce planning.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Oracle HR system proficiency.
