Paint Sales Officer

About the role

The Paint Sales Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Shuwaikh, responsible for selling paints and related construction materials to retail and wholesale customers. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting product benefits, preparing quotations and achieving sales targets while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, maintain relationships with existing clients, and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams, and support product displays and promotions.
• Prepare quotations, close sales, and ensure targets are met.
• Participate in product training, stay updated on new brands and technologies, and provide market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Strong sales skills with experience in paints, construction materials or hardware retail.
• Excellent communication abilities in Arabic (preferred) and English (advantage).
• Solid customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS, MS Office and inventory/ERP systems.
