Principal - Cash Management Products

About the role

The Principal – Cash Management Products works closely with the VP – Head of Products, Global Cash Management to drive the implementation, commercialization and continuous improvement of cash management and transaction banking solutions for corporate clients across the bank’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the VP in launching and enhancing cash management products and solutions.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on liquidity management, collections & receivables, virtual accounts and related transaction‑banking offerings.
• Support relationship managers and sales teams during client meetings, presentations, RFP responses and technical discussions.
• Structure and negotiate complex cash‑management deals to meet client needs and bank objectives.
• Coordinate onboarding and delivery with implementation, operations, technology and relationship teams.
• Identify market opportunities, gather customer requirements and monitor industry trends to feed product development.
• Prepare product proposals, business cases, pricing structures and sales collateral.
• Track product performance, gather customer feedback and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology or a related field.
• MBA (Finance/Marketing) or a master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Transaction Banking, Treasury, Cash Management or Corporate Banking are a plus.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in cash management and transaction‑banking solutions, with at least 5 years focused on corporate and commercial banking customers.
