Process Improvement Lead - Warehouse & Fulfillment

About the role

Boutiqaat, one of the Middle East's leading e-commerce platforms, is looking for a proactive, analytical and results-driven Process Improvement Lead to join its Process Excellence team. The role improves efficiency, productivity, accuracy and operational performance across warehouse and fulfillment operations, working closely with operational teams and stakeholders to lead improvement initiatives and standardize processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, outbound and returns operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, capacity constraints and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct process mapping, root-cause analysis and operational assessments.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process maps and operational standards.
• Analyze productivity, throughput, accuracy, quality, workforce efficiency and capacity utilization, and monitor operational KPIs.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions and evaluate the impact of improvements.
• Review audit findings, process deviations and control weaknesses.
• Collaborate with technology and operational teams on WMS enhancements, automation and system improvements.
• Lead improvement projects, coordinate stakeholders and timelines, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, operational excellence, warehouse operations or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, e-commerce, retail, logistics or high-volume operational environments.
• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of process mapping, SOP development, root-cause analysis and performance monitoring.
• Good understanding of Lean and Six Sigma; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and working knowledge of ERP and WMS.
• Familiarity with BI tools, operational reporting and data visualization.
