Process & Learning Facilitator

About the role

Background en.v, a non‑profit division of COMMUN Kuwait, is seeking a Process & Learning Facilitator to design and lead participatory learning and governance initiatives. You will work with youth, young professionals, and corporate stakeholders to foster inclusive community‑building programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate participatory learning and governance processes as part of capacity‑building programs.
• Oversee implementation of training programs for youth, young professionals, and corporate participants.
• Facilitate emergent learning and document community inputs through interviews, focus groups, meetings, and workshops.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with donors, partners, collaborators, and participants.
• Inform the design of community‑building programs, emphasizing communities of practice and public engagement around identity, belonging, and inclusion.

Required profile

• Passionate and committed individuals from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
• Interest in social justice and community development issues.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing abilities.
• Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti political and social context.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple activities concurrently, and approach problems with an open mind.
