Product Owner – Fraud Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the enhancement and strategic development of our fraud technology platform on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Kuwait. You will act as the bridge between fraud operations, risk, technology teams, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, aligning enhancements with business priorities and fraud risk strategy.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners for system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with fraud operations, risk, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Oversee testing, UAT, and implementation of platform enhancements and new features.
• Monitor platform performance, stability, and scalability to ensure optimal functionality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within fraud technology, banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of fraud detection platforms and digital payment fraud processes.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors and managing technology partnerships.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
