QA/QC Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role
The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that all oil and gas projects meet the highest quality standards. Working closely with project teams, you will oversee the quality management system, monitor performance metrics, and guarantee compliance with international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the Quality Management System and ensure its effective implementation.
- Prepare and issue quality inspection documents in line with client requirements.
- Conduct elevated substation electrical inspections and verify compliance with IEC, KOC, KNPC and KIPIC standards.
- Report on quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement safe working environment protocols and manage customer experience related to quality.
- Inspect materials and equipment to ensure they meet project specifications.
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum five years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
- Knowledge of Kuwait engineering visa regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO‑9000 series, ASME and other international standards.
