QC Officer / Food Scientist – Food Safety & Quality

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven QC Officer / Food Scientist to lead food safety compliance and product quality across the entire production chain, from raw material receipt to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of production areas, storage facilities and staff hygiene to ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and international standards.
• Perform and supervise physical, chemical and microbiological testing on raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage shelf‑life studies and retention sampling to guarantee product consistency.
• Document findings, report non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of local food safety regulations and relevant international standards.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
