QC Officer / Food Scientist – Food Safety & Quality

About the role
We are seeking a data‑driven QC Officer / Food Scientist to lead food safety compliance and product quality across the entire production chain, from raw material receipt to final delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily audits of production areas, storage facilities and staff hygiene to ensure strict adherence to local regulatory requirements and international standards.
- Perform and supervise physical, chemical and microbiological testing on raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage shelf‑life studies and retention sampling to guarantee product consistency.
- Document findings, report non‑conformities and drive corrective actions.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
- Knowledge of local food safety regulations and relevant international standards.
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
