QHSE Supervisor / Advisor

About the role

The QHSE Supervisor/Advisor will lead the implementation and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management systems across projects and sites. The role ensures compliance with international standards, supports audits, and drives continuous improvement in safety performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QHSE management systems at projects/sites.
• Conduct internal QHSE audits and compliance inspections.
• Identify operational risks and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QHSE procedures, reports and records.
• Support external/client audits and certification requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and review control measures.
• Investigate incidents/non‑conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site/project teams to improve QHSE performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of QHSE experience, preferably in Facility Management, Construction, MEP or Engineering.
• Experience in risk assessment, internal auditing and compliance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001; certifications are a plus.
• IOSH, OSHA or NEBOSH certification is advantageous.
