Recruitment Specialist (Kuwaiti National)

About the role

United Beverage Company K.S.C.C is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join its fast-paced FMCG team in Kuwait. The specialist manages the full recruitment cycle, from writing job descriptions to interviewing and onboarding new hires, and works closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies using job boards, social media and networking events to build a diverse talent pool.
• Create and maintain engaging job descriptions that highlight company culture and benefits.
• Screen resumes and applications, using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the process and ensure compliance.
• Conduct interviews assessing skills, experience and cultural fit, and give feedback to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding, including documentation, orientation and a smooth transition for new hires.
• Work with department heads on hiring needs, workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve hiring processes.
• Stay up to date on recruitment trends and pursue training and professional development.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in the FMCG sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics.
• Experience creating job descriptions and employer branding strategies.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage several recruitment projects at once.
• Team player who is also self-motivated.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices in the FMCG sector.
