Restaurant Floor Manager

About the role

Seazen Group is looking for an experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of its restaurant's dining area. The role covers guest experience, front-of-house team leadership and operational performance in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor and ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, coach and develop front-of-house team members, conduct performance evaluations and give continuous feedback.
• Create and manage staff schedules and allocate duties; handle guest complaints and implement service recovery.
• Monitor cleanliness, ambiance and guest experience, and ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations.
• Analyze sales performance, monitor labor costs and operating expenses, and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Support promotional activities, events and marketing campaigns, and collaborate with management and kitchen teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, manage inventory and ordering of front-of-house supplies, hold regular team meetings, and keep company and government documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Experience in fine dining or premium casual dining concepts preferred.
