Sales Executive - Restaurant Partners

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team and help grow its restaurant partner network. You will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, expanding your network and driving growth in your assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new restaurant and retail partners through field sales, cold calling and networking
• Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, referrals and market mapping to build a strong sales pipeline
• Present Talabat's value proposition and negotiate commercial agreements
• Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth integration into the platform
• Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
• Collaborate with account management, marketing and operations teams to ensure partner success

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG or technology startups
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven approach
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Valid driving licence (a must)

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus (e.g. Salesforce)
