Sales Account Manager - Business Applications

About the role

An experienced and dynamic Application Account Manager is sought to sell various business applications and information solutions. The role is based in Kuwait and suits someone who understands the Kuwaiti market and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Sell business applications and information solutions, actively seeking new opportunities and building a pipeline of potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions, then negotiate contracts and close agreements.
• Maintain and expand the client database in the assigned territory and keep sales team processes up to date.
• Mentor junior sales staff.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships, ensure timely delivery of solutions and provide after-sales support.
• Record sales, revenue and invoices, and prepare regular reports on account status, market trends and sales results.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing deals and meeting sales quotas.
• Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, marketing, business administration or an equivalent discipline.
• Good to have: understanding of application solutions, transferable visa, driving licence with a vehicle.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
