Sales Associate – Furniture

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our furniture team in Kuwait. You will be the face of the company, helping customers find the perfect furniture solutions while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their furniture needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product range, features, benefits and pricing.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is well‑presented.
• Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Follow up with customers post‑purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Monitor inventory levels and help with restocking popular items.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management.
