Sales Associate – Retail

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our retail team. You will engage customers, showcase home products, and help achieve store sales targets while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with product selection, demonstrate features and promote sales.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records, update stock levels and prepare regular reports.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints, and build lasting relationships.
• Support promotional campaigns, inform shoppers of offers, and participate in store exhibitions and events.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure and complies with all operational policies.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred; strong candidates without experience also considered.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Confident, presentable, target‑driven with genuine interest in home products.
• Valid Kuwait residency or eligibility to work in the private sector.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including sales and inventory reporting.
