Sales Associate – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales within our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain store merchandising, visual presentation, and stock layout according to standards.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, card, voucher, and automatic debit payments accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Monitor store security and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed, and able to maintain a professional attitude.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge across all brand lines.
• Ability to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
• Commitment to confidentiality of sales data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Basic cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
• Understanding of visual merchandising guidelines.
