Sales Executive - Generator Rental

About the role
AQ Global is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to grow its generator power rental business in Kuwait. The company wants a hands-on sales professional with a strong hunter mindset who can open new accounts and generate profitable rental business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new rental business for diesel generators and associated power equipment.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across the Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors.
- Build relationships with procurement, operations and project decision-makers.
- Generate leads, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate and close rental contracts.
- Achieve agreed revenue, gross-profit and fleet-utilization targets.
Required profile
- 3-5+ years' experience in generator, temporary power or equipment rental sales.
- Good knowledge of the Kuwait market and an existing customer network.
- Strong business-development, negotiation and closing skills.
- Technical understanding of generators/power equipment preferred.
- Engineering diploma or degree preferred, though not necessary.
- Good English; Arabic is an advantage.
