Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

AAMC, a Kuwait-based advertising and media company, is looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to find new business, generate leads and build a pipeline of clients for its advertising solutions. The role involves meeting new and existing clients, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating deals and managing accounts, while working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered as promised.

Key responsibilities

• Secure new clients and maintain and develop existing accounts
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by management
• Generate the required number of leads and turn them into business
• Prepare professional presentations and proposals tailored to each client
• Negotiate terms and close deals
• Follow up with clients quickly and professionally, including outstanding payments with Finance's support
• Carry out regular field visits to ensure services meet agreed quality standards
• Work with the Operations team on client contracts and submit a weekly report on activities, prospects and the next week's sales plan
• Take part in weekly and monthly sales meetings and share market and competitor insights

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years' experience in sales and business development with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Valid Kuwaiti driving licence and able to work on-site in Kuwait City
• Knowledge of the local market, geography and culture
