About the role
We are seeking an experienced Salesman to promote custom-made wooden cabinets, wardrobes and closets in Al Kuwait. The role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships and showcasing our high‑quality craftsmanship.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation.
- Engage clients to understand their needs and propose tailored furniture solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations highlighting quality and design.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure specifications are met.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while aligning with company profitability goals.
- Provide after‑sales support to foster long‑term customer loyalty.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in custom furniture or similar products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs.
