Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join a leading national plastic manufacturing company in Shuaiba, Kuwait. The role focuses on understanding market needs, identifying new business opportunities, supporting product development, and contributing to growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and industry developments.
• Translate market insights into product development and improvement opportunities.
• Research competitor products and market offerings.
• Support the development and enhancement of the company’s product portfolio.
• Explore new applications, markets, and opportunities for existing and new products.
• Collaborate with production, technical, quality, and marketing teams on product-related initiatives.
• Prepare market assessments, reports, and recommendations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
• Experience in Business Development, Market Research, Product Development, or Product Management.
• Strong analytical and research skills with commercial awareness.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
