Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will lead accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision‑making within a fast‑growing luxury group.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve journal entries, reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing, prepare balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Manage treasury controls, cash‑flow management, banking and credit facilities, LC/LG and FX risk.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
