Vice President, Investment Analytics & Performance

About the role

A senior consultant and trusted advisor will support a leading institutional investor in Kuwait, providing strategic guidance across investment performance measurement, risk analytics, reporting, data governance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to senior management on performance measurement, risk analytics, reporting frameworks and industry best practices.
• Lead technical delivery for performance measurement, attribution, benchmarking and investment analytics, ensuring data integrity and final quality control of reports.
• Oversee data governance, quality and architecture for performance and risk reporting, and drive automation and control improvements.
• Manage transformation projects, design operating models and support implementation of analytics platforms.
• Supervise external service providers, monitor service quality and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of institutional investment operating models and data governance.
• Experience with enterprise investment platform implementations across public and private markets.
• Proven ability to influence strategic direction and manage complex stakeholder environments.
