Site Engineer – MEP Projects (Kuwait)

About the role

RAGHAV CONTRACTING LLC is seeking experienced Site Engineers to join its MEP and fit‑out projects in Kuwait. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering high‑quality electrical, mechanical and safety solutions while meeting strict project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP activities on site, ensuring technical specifications are met.
• Maintain quality control standards and enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit timely progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support seamless project progression through proactive problem‑solving.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of hands‑on on‑site execution in MEP or fit‑out projects.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Experience with data‑center environments is an advantage.
