About the role

The Specialty Care Partner will represent Boehringer Ingelheim’s Specialty & Rare Diseases portfolio in Kuwait, promoting product benefits to existing and potential customers. The role focuses on driving sales revenue, increasing market share, and building long‑term relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute a Sales Action Plan to achieve sales and market‑share targets.
Plan daily visits with customers, deliver core product messages, and record sales performance.
Identify new market opportunities and secure sustainable growth in revenue.
Gather account intelligence on purchasing trends and healthcare projects.
Build strong partnerships with prescribers, payers, and P&T committees to promote specialty products.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in specialty care or rare diseases.
Proven expertise in account‑based customer engagement.
Experience working with specialists such as pulmonologists and rheumatologists.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
