Store Manager for New Hypermarket in Hawally

About the role
We are launching a new hypermarket in Hawally and are seeking an experienced Manager to lead store operations. The role combines oversight of daily activities, purchasing, and goods receipt to ensure a smooth opening and ongoing performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all store functions, including sales, customer service, and staff scheduling.
- Manage purchasing processes, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Oversee receipt of deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure proper inventory recording.
- Coordinate with department heads to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate store personnel to maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a hypermarket or large‑scale store.
- Strong background in purchasing and goods receipt operations.
- Ability to lead a diverse team and handle high‑volume environments.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
