About the role
Wathif is hiring for a range of Food & Beverage positions across Kuwait. All roles are for candidates currently residing in Kuwait and holding a regular Ahli visa. Positions include management, supervisory, barista, chef and inventory roles.
Key responsibilities
- Manage quality control, audits and corrective actions for F&B operations.
- Control inventory, stock levels and reporting using ERP/POS systems.
- Prepare and oversee food preparation, pastry production and coffee service.
- Supervise staff, schedule shifts and ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant F&B experience depending on the role.
- Kuwait driving licence and own car where indicated.
- Fluent English; basic Arabic preferred for customer‑facing positions.
Required skills
- ISO/QMS, RCA & CAPA knowledge.
- ERP/POS systems, Excel reporting.
- HACCP and food safety procedures.
- Experience with coffee machines (E1 Prima) and barista techniques.
- Chocolate, Arabic sweets and pastry production.
