Waiter - Hospitality

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.
• Assist guests with menu information and answer their questions.
• Take food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Ensure a positive and satisfying dining experience for guests.
• Maintain personal hygiene, grooming standards and a professional appearance.
• Work collaboratively with the service team to keep restaurant operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• Pleasant, confident and approachable personality.
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

What we offer
