Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role
You will support the efficient operation of an outlet at Hyatt Regency Al Kout, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role focuses on delivering high guest satisfaction while maintaining budgetary control.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing the assigned outlet as an independent profit centre.
- Ensure service delivery meets Hyatt standards and the outlet’s operating concept.
- Monitor guest feedback and take corrective actions to improve satisfaction.
- Control costs and support budgeting processes to achieve financial targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager in a hotel environment.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
- Strong communication, customer‑relations and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
